Diamond Necklace Draw Rules

  1. Entrant must be 18 years of age or older
  2. Entrant is automatically entered when Banff Bride member has been provided with a non-refundable retainer for a wedding service
  3. Only bookings made with non-refundable retainers are eligible to win.  A refunded service will eliminate that particular entry from the draw
  4. Any entrant or their service provider not having proof of payment of non-refundable retainer will be disqualified from that entry
  5. Draw is only valid where applicable by law
  6. There is no substitute for the diamond necklace
  7. There is no cash value for the diamond necklace
  8. Winner must agree to having first name and province/state published
  9. BanffBride members, their employees, and immediate families are not eligible to participate (immediate family is defined as: parents, siblings, children or spouse)
  10. Entrant can only be submitted to the draw by a BanffBride member or their authorized staff
  11. One draw per service booking only

Names, phone numbers and emails submitted to the draw are strictly confidential and will not be given out to anyone for any purpose, whatsoever.
